Who's the Wanker?

Ex-Miss California, Carrie Prejean, was fired by the pageant for breach of contract, with lawsuits launched by both parties, now dropped. It seems to me that the case is full of hypocrisy.
When a semi-nude photograph of Prejean appeared, the pageant claimed that it brought disrepute to the pageant... the same pageant that expects its contestant to appear semi-nude in swimwear.
When Prejean expressed her disapproval of same-sex marriages, the negative publicity clearly breached the pageant's terms of contract, yet they did nothing.
When an unpublished solo sex tape of Prejean masturbating appeared, privately made by Prejean for an ex boyfriend, the pageant claimed breach of contract. Prejean did nothing wrong.
But presumably her ex-boyfriend broke her trust, and abused her privacy by threatening to publicly humiliate her with the tape. This is bullying pure and simple. I know who I think is the wanker.

Can't there be multiple wankers? The whole reason why people are comfortable with Prejean having her sexual privacy invaded is because of her support of judging people's private sexuality when the state determines whether she can get married. If she had advocated other people's sexuality as private, then there might be more outrage at the boyfriend.
Of course, though I think there is a difference between having an opinion on other people's sexuality (no individual was identified), and having one's genitals on display to the world without your permission. To wrongs don't make it right.
An incredibly obtuse observation! Prejean spouts her twisted morality based on her religious views while violating those "sacred laws." She is a hypocrite, pure and simple.
Not only is she a hypocrite, she was 17 when she made the tape. She's also a child pornographer.
Presumably then, every naked child who looks in the mirror is guilty of looking at child porn.
I think the Eastern European family nudists, who take family photos of their vacation, will disagree with you.
